Receive your account details in less than 24h.
Start shopping online and domicile your purchases in your reference address. Pay only when you ship.
Storage for up to 30 days while you shop for more. After 30 days we store your packages for 1 Euro per Kilo per day.
Packmerge protection. Safe storage with your storage logistics insurance.
Forward handling, We ship your package to you directly within 24h of receiving it at your packmerge address. Only shipping costs apply.
External Pickup. If required our team may exceptionally attempt to collect items outside your PackMerge Address (Access Points). Within a 10 km radius of your designated PackMerge Address the service has a fixed pickup fee of 22 Euros per package.
Excellent client services. Always included and free.
Optional handling fees
Package Consolidation. Multiple packages into one single shipment keeping original retail packaging.
This still saves you money, perhaps not so much space.
3.00 Eur per package consolidated (capped at 20.00 Eur per consolidation)
Re-packaging to an appropriate size package to save space and protect your goods. 4.50 Euros for each repackaging (new suitable boxes included)
Fragile protection packaging (elimination of empty spaces, bubble wrap, polyester peanuts, air pillows and/or packing paper, as suitable for each case.
8.00 Euros or above depending on each particular case.
Shipment Value Protection (Additional Insurance)
2.00 Eur per 100 Eur (2%), minimum charge if 15.00 Euros
Address change / correction
Change of address after shipment 10 Euros. Note that address change may not apply if our package is close to delivery.
Customs clearance (exports) where applicable. 29 Eurs clearance processing charges. Note that Import duties may apply in your Country of Destination.
Destination Import Duties and Taxes
When goods are shipped internationally, the recipient (importer) is always responsible for settling any import duties or taxescharged by country of destination. Please check with your Country of import.
