With PackMerge, you can save on shipping by combining all your orders into one box. We’ll hold your packages for free for up to 30 days, so you’ve got time to shop around. Once everything’s in, our team will pack it all up together and send it in one affordable shipment. Easy, smart, and made to save you money.

Actual weight vrs Dimensional Weight
International shipping is calculated based on both the Actual Weight (in Kg), as well as the size of the package (Dimensional weight).
If your package is very large but very light (box of feathers), shipping may be calculated based on its dimensional weight, (length x width x height / factor)

Duties and Taxes
When goods are shipped internationally, the recipient (importer) is typically responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and VAT charged the country of destination.
To save you the hasle we can ship your goods DDP (delivery duties paid) and you can choose to pay all duties upfront.

Shipping Options
We will always ship to you with the most cost efficient solution, way unless you instruct us otherwise.
Withing the European Continent your goods will usually travel "by land" and wordwide "by air".
Should you wish to use Express Services to get your package(s) in a hurry please get in touch for pricing and we'll aim to ship out your goods right away

Package size limitations
Exceptionally big packages may be subject to handling charges* packmerge will always re-package your goods in suitable size packages.
* If longest side > 100cms, or the second longest side > 76cms, or Weight per package > 25Kg per package, or round or uneven packaging

Prohibited Items
At PackMerge, we operate in full compliance with international regulations and the policies of our courier partners, certain goods - classified as prohibited items - cannot be shipped internationally.
Please consult our prohibited items page before sending any items to your packmerge address, or if you are unsure about a specific item please contact packemerge via chat or email before arranging delivery to our operations center.

Restricted Items and special handling
Many everyday items are considered hazardous materials (hazmat) and require special handling.
These may include items like paints, batteries, and also common products such as cosmetics, aerosols, perfumes and some toys.
