Service Description: Our services include the receipt, consolidation, repackaging, and shipping of your online purchases. You acknowledge and agree that the processing of your packages is an essential part of our service.
2. Client Obligations and Data Accuracy

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, and a declared value for your purchases.

Declared Value: The declared value you provide for your goods is assumed to be true and correct. This value will be used for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs declarations in your destination country. Inaccurate declarations may result in delays, additional fees, or legal consequences.

Warranties: By providing your personal information, you warrant that the information is true, accurate, and complete.

Verification: packmerge reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information you provide and may request additional documentation if deemed necessary.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless packmerge and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use of false, inaccurate, or incomplete personal information provided by you.

Limitation of Liability: packmerge shall not be held liable for any issues, delays, or misdeliveries that arise from inaccurate or false information.

However, our liability for loss, theft, or damage of goods while stored at our facility (e.g., at your packmerge address) is limited. We are not responsible for losses caused by theft, natural causes, or other events beyond our control.

Responsibility Scope: By using our services, you acknowledge that packmerge’s responsibility is limited to the processes described herein. We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages resulting from our handling of your shipments.
5. Shipping, Insurance, and CMR Scheme

Shipping Process: Your merged purchases will be shipped using our partnered carriers under the terms of the CMR insurance scheme.

Insurance Coverage: The shipping of your consolidated packages is covered by the CMR insurance scheme. Specific details of this coverage, including claim procedures and limits, will be provided separately.

Import Duties: The declared value of your goods will be used to calculate any import duties, taxes, or customs fees at your destination. It is your responsibility to ensure the declared value is accurate.
6. Dangerous Goods and Shipping Prohibitions

Compliance with Regulations: You agree to ship only items that are permitted by all applicable laws, the courier service, and the transport company.

Prohibited Items: Items considered dangerous or hazardous—including, but not limited to, controlled substances, explosives, flammable liquids or gases, corrosives, radioactive materials, or any other items deemed illegal or restricted by law—are strictly prohibited.

Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that any items you ship comply with the regulations and guidelines of the courier or transport company. You represent and warrant that your shipment does not include any prohibited items.

Limitation of packmerge’s Liability: packmerge will not be responsible for any issues, damages, or legal consequences arising from the shipment of items that are not authorized to be handled by the courier or transport company. By using our services, you accept and assume full responsibility for the shipment of such items.
7. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Updates: packmerge reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

Continued Use: Your continued use of our services after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
